Hey Los Angeles, I’m Erika Mlachak Farmer! As an Angeleno for the past 18 years, I’ve had the incredible fortune to live and serve this amazing community, and I couldn’t imagine calling anywhere else home. What a blessing it is to live, work, and play in Los Angeles!

I’m a Real Estate Broker and the Founder of Verde Realty. I grew up a “Navy Brat” and watched my parents faithfully save my dad’s Navy flight bonuses and their loose coins so they could one day own a home of their own. I remember helping my parents roll, stack, and count jars full of loose change to add to their “Home Savings Fund”. As an adult, I realized that by rolling their quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies; my parents literally “put every penny” they had into the purchase of their first home. I believe that a purchase that means so much, not only financially, but also to the well-being and future of those who make it, deserves to be handled with the utmost care and respect by the guiding Real Estate Professional.
