As the founding Broker of Verde Realty in Los Angeles, California, and a Resident of Santa Monica, Erika has a passion for all things Real Estate and all things Green. Her vision of a people friendly, eco conscious, boutique real estate firm has become a reality since launching Verde Realty. She brings her unique eco-perspective, comprehensive industry experience, and superior negotiating skills to each real estate transaction.
Erika is an alumnus of Florida State University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in English Literature and Communications. She has been active in the Real Estate Industry for over ten years and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (BHGLAAR), and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). She is also a member of the BHGLAAR Green and Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity Committees and the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Further, Erika has earned the Certified Eco Broker and e-PRO Designations. She is a top producing Broker at Verde Realty and was honored as one of REALTOR Magazine’s Annual Top 30 Under 30 Nationwide Realtors in 2009.
Erika understands that each transaction is unique and each client seeks different results. Therefore, she approaches each case with a distinct strategy, one that will ultimately result in maximizing her clients’ investments, whether they are purchasing a new home or selling their current one. She specializes in working with First Time Homebuyers, Sellers, Repeat Investors, and Builders of residential properties.
